Booking Policies

Payment

A $25 deposit is required to secure your booking. This is deducted from your final payment. It is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. All payments are due in exact cash only.

Late Policy

If you are running late, please inform me in advanced. You have a 15 min grace period. If you are 15+ minutes late, you'll have to pay a $20 late fee. If you are more than 30 min late your appointment will be canceled

Cancellation

Cancellations should be made 48 hours or more, prior to your appointment. Failing to do so will be classed as a "no show" which will require a $25 cancellation fee before vou are able to book in again. If this is not paid, you will be blacklisted.

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds after the service is rendered. If for some reason you have a problem with your nails, you will have 24 hours to reach out to us and come get them fixed at the earliest convenience.

How should I prepare my nails for the appointment?

To ensure the best possible results, we kindly request that you arrive for your appointment with clean, natural nails that are free of any products such as polish, gel, or acrylic.

Do you do fill ins on other nail technician's work?

I DO fill-ins on other nail technician's work, based on structure and quality. There is a $15 foreign fill/outside fill charge. I offer a soak-off service along with a fresh set, soak offs are $15. This option is available as an add-on when booking your appointment.

How often should I get a fill?

I recommend scheduling fill-ins every two to three weeks to maintain the appearance and health of your nails. Please note that if you wait too long between fill-ins, your natural nails may become weak and susceptible to breakage or infection.

Can I bring guests to my appointment?

We kindly ask that you show up alone to your appointment.
Additional guests will not be allowed in the premises.
